Design Concept
We generate the design proposal, based on the discussion we have with you. We identify a central idea, a style and the personality of our client. We conceptualize the functional organization of the space and we budget the project.

Virtual Design
We build the spaces we agreed upon in 2D and 3D design applications , in order to obtain the most realistic renderings that will help us visualize the result.

Technical Documentation
This documentation ensures that the project will be executed exactly as we pictured it: exact position for the installations, surface calculations for different materials, quantity, technical drawing for the furniture & any other details.

Purchase List
Everything that the project entails from flooring to lighting fixtures, furniture, and all decorations – we will calculate and centralize it in a file – so that you know exactly the cost, the company selling the products, and delivery details.

Visits at the construction site
Our contract also ensures visits at the construction site, if needed. These are done to make sure that the project is being implemented correctly, but also for settling eventual issues/challenges that may inevitably arise.

Management
As an additional service, we can oversee the whole implementation of the project. This includes managing all the payments, the teams involved in your projects, the deliveries etc. in order to get you a “Ready-to-use” space.
